01 What this is

Most technical work doesn't stay in one vendor's lane.

Websites, DNS, Google Workspace, SaaS platforms, integrations and automation rarely belong to one vendor, one department or one job description. Nonstandard works across those lines, inside the environment you already have.

Some problems need specialized expertise. Some just need time and attention. Others don't fit neatly into anyone's service catalog. In every case, the job is the same: figure out the right way forward, then get it done.

For the steady trickle of things that need doing: a DNS change, a broken form, a permission nobody understands. Send it over when it comes up, and pay for the time it takes.

Solve for U Define the thing and finish it.

For a problem with a shape: a migration, an integration, a cleanup, something stalled. We define the outcome together and agree on a price before the work starts.

Add Capacity+ Make me part of how you handle the things.

For ongoing technical work that doesn't justify another full-time position. A reserved block of time each month, used however the month requires.

03 Examples

The kinds of things that land here.

A website nobody quite owns anymore. Built by someone who left, hosted somewhere nobody remembers, still important.

A Google Workspace mess. Accounts, shared drives, aliases and permissions that grew without a plan.

Matt's day job is enterprise AV and IT in higher ed. Outside of it, he's spent years handling websites, hosting, digital systems and technical projects for small businesses and nonprofits.

The approach doesn't change: start where you are, work out what exists and what should happen, fix what needs fixing, and leave it documented so it stays fixed.
